  I have been having the hardest time reaching the Texas Region office. Their Churchill Crossing location in Austin originally approved me and days later denied me. And nothing has changed no evictions but I was late a few times with rent to a sister property at which I'm currently residing but always paid in full including late fees. I complained on a temp yesterday Karen who was horrible. I didn't deal with her directly but could hear her talking loud about what she couldn't and wouldn't do because they were closing in 30 minutes. I understand leaving work on time but to be so cavalier about the situation was unprofessional.
